1. Who we are

St.Cyr Racing, we, us, and our refer to the operators of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a membership/seat. If you are purchasing for a minor driver, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Memberships, seats, and billing

The Service may allow you to purchase a monthly Academy seat and optional event-based add-ons.

• Payments. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
• Recurring billing. If you purchase a monthly seat, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Cancellation policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (cancel at period end). No immediate cancellations and no prorations.
• Price changes. We may change prices from time to time. If a price change applies to your recurring membership, we will provide notice when required.

5. No refunds for used periods

Unless required by law, charges for a billing period are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your paid period.

6. Scheduling and changes

Any schedules, dates, availability, and program details shown on the Service are provided for convenience and may change. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Safety, assumption of risk, and releases

Karting and motorsports activities involve inherent risk, including risk of injury or death. You acknowledge and accept these risks.

• You are responsible for complying with track rules, safety requirements, and all instructions from coaches and staff.
• Additional waivers, releases, and track agreements may be required by the track or event organizers.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation or security, including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (including text, logos, and graphics) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

10. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe (for payments) and email providers (for contact messages). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to others or to the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated at the top of this page.
